Project Description

The Al Huda Islamic Center master planning project encompasses the comprehensive development of a 17-acre site designed to serve as a mixed-use religious, residential, and community hub. The master plan integrates a diverse program that includes a 10,000 sq. ft.retail strip center, a 75-unit apartment complex, a K–8school, community clinics, a multipurpose community hall, a fitness center with a swimming pool, a mosque, and inter faith facilities. The planning process focuses on creating a cohesive and well-organized campus that supports community life while balancing circulation, accessibility, and long-term growth. Site development permitting is currently under review by the county, and detailed design work for the community clinic building is in progress.

Global Peace Center – Master Plan

The Global Peace Center is a proposed large-scale master-planned development envisioned as a regional hub for community engagement, education, and outreach. Located on a 12-acre site in Houston, the project integrates multiple program elements designed to serve a diverse range of community needs. The master plan includes a 20,000 sq. ft. office and retail center, a 32,000 sq. ft. multipurpose community hall with an integrated swimming pool, and a 36,000 sq. ft. dawah building. The dawah facility is designed to house offices, lecture halls, classrooms, a resource library, and museum space to support educational programs and community outreach initiatives. The overall site planning emphasizes connectivity, accessibility, and functional organization to create a cohesive campus environment that supports cultural, educational, and social activities.

ICNA Mosque – Master Plan

Project Description

The ICNA Mosque Master Plan is a comprehensive site planning project. The project involves the development of a multi-use religious and community campus, building upon an existing site that currently includes a trailer and deck. The proposed master plan introduces a well-organized layout that includes a new mosque, a multifunctional community building, and supporting site infrastructure. Key site elements include approximately 380 parking spaces, a detention pond for stormwater management, and outdoor recreational amenities such as volleyball and basketball courts. The design emphasizes efficient circulation, accessibility, and phased development, creating a cohesive and functional environment to serve the growing needs of the community.
